I was recently in my Rite Aid looking at the new fall/winter make up collections, when I saw that Revlon came out with a cream eye shadow palette. So I was instantly intrigued, having never seen a drug store cream eye shadow palette I had to pick it up.
There are six cream shadows in this palette, with four on the top row that are smaller and two lager ones at the bottom.
Starting with the top row there is a mossy green color that has shimmer and some glitter in it. Next is a sliver blue color that also has shimmer in it. Following with a matte black color. The last color on the top row is a copper color with gold shimmer. On the bottom there is a white with shimmer and sliver glitter. And last we have a plumy mauve with sliver shimmer.
Now the colors in the top row of the palette a pretty pigmented I had to build it up a little in the picture to get the color that is in the pan. However the two colors that are on the bottom row are very sheer ( more of the white then plum) when I applied them to my eye lid the white just disappear and just left glitter and a lot of fall out. It took a little bit of layering to get the plum color to be vibrant and also there is some fall out with this color. I prefer the colors in the top row then I do the bottom row. Over all the I don't think I would repurchase this again. Even thought I do really like the top row of colors, I feel that I would like it a lot more if the colors from the top were the bigger colors in the palette.
This palette retails for $9.99
